Sorry, but GIL Express is currently not available; it may be available by the end of today but may not be until Monday. You can instead request the book through interlibrary loan at: http://aug.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html If you have not used interlibrary loan before, you will need to register. If that is the case, click on the first time users link.
