Q. If another college has an article in hard copy that I would like, how can I go about getting a hard copy. I cannot print a copy of the article

You may request a copy of the article through our interlibrary loan function called ILLIAD. http://aug.illiad.oclc.org/illiad/logon.html

The first time you use ILLIAD, you must create a username and password. The request will be sent electronically and you will get an email into your jagmail account telling you the article is available with a link to a pdf for the article. You must be a currently registered student to use ILLIAD. Generally speaking, it takes about 1 week for the request to be fulfilled.
