I am trying to get my PIN number for the library search to be sent to my email. The text said it was sent to my gru email account, but I have an aug email account.
Ms. Williams, a gru account is the same as what we are used to still logging in as an aug.edu account. The log in is still aug.edu but it is essentially a gru account because all our e-mails are really addressed to @gru.edu. Did you do your request at:
gil.gru.edu
or the old gil.aug.edu? This one does not work anymore now.
Please make sure it's at the gil.gru.edu area where you make your request for a PIN, please. If that does not work, please come into Reese Library to the front desk with your validated JagCard and we will assign the pin for you.
