No, unless you are registered for the current semester you will not be able to borrow through GIL Express or Interlibrary loan. You will also not be able to check out materials at Reese Library. Even if you are registered for the Fall semester, you will not have any library privileges until the first day of Fall classes. If you do the late registration during the summer for term 3 and you have paid your tuition and fees, you will be updated in the system and your library privileges will be available again.
